Subscriptions are per property, monthly and in advance based on the type of subscription. You can pause subscriptions or change to a different subscription on a month-by-month basis. When a property does not have a subscription, the Eyime retains the data, but you cannot access the functionality for that property until you activate your profile again.
The property manager is the principal profile within the Eyime system. The property manager creates properties, pays for the subscriptions, and creates other user profiles.
An owner-manager will subscribe as a property manager. The owner profile is an overview function only. It has limited functionality but can see and view all messages, maintenance tickets, financial records for property, and documents for that property. The owner function is used by property managers who are managing a property on behalf of someone else to give that person and view of the property and transactions around it. It is optional for property managers to create owner profiles and link them to properties and Owners can choose what type of notifications they wish to receive.
All inspection templates in Eyime are customised for that individual property. You start by selecting a subscription that provides sufficient items for the size or type of your property.
You then rename each feature and detail until you have a unique re-usable template for that property.
Once you have created the template, you select that inspection button at the top of the menu. Select the property and select the type of inspection. You can only conduct interim and exit inspections once an entry inspection has been completed. You can conduct an inspection using your computer, tablet or phone from your office, home or on site with the tenant present or not. Once you have completed the property manager portion the inspection goes to the tenant for review and then back to the property manager for sign-off. This gives you complete flexibility to manage the inspections in a manner that works for you.
Each label, such as property manager, operator, tenant, service provider and owner is completely customisable by the property manager. This enables you to make Eyime look and feel like your business.
You can start a maintenance item from the message chain or at the maintenance tab in the property manager’s dashboard. You can send the item directly to a service provider or request a quote or quotes.
Property managers create operator profiles for their staff. Each operator profile is customisable for their role and they are assigned to various properties so that the property manager can create portfolios for their staff. The property manager has an overview at all times – of message chains, tasks, maintenance tickets and alerts. Reports give an insight into each staff member’s workload and response times.
Eyime creates automatic alerts for items such as a maintenance ticket completed, lease ends, or task due, among others.
Eyime can be used by anyone who needs to manage the process around a property. The property may be a fixed property or a movable asset such as a boat, caravan and so on.

- Property managers for short- and long-term lets,
- Managers of accommodation such as dormitories,
